The essentials in brief#
This website is a static information and documentation site. It sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking services, loads no fonts, scripts or content from third-party servers and contains no forms. When you open a page, only our hosting provider processes technical access data. Beyond that, we receive personal data only if you write us an e-mail.
The Rundplan instances we operate for our clients are not part of this website. Each instance has its own privacy notice, provided by the respective client.
Hosting and server log files#
This website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany, on servers located in Germany.
When you open a page, your browser transmits data to the server for technical reasons. The server stores this data in log files:
- IP address of the requesting device
- date and time of the request
- requested page or file
- amount of data transferred and status code
- browser type and operating system (user agent)
- previously visited page (referrer), if your browser transmits it
This processing is necessary to deliver the website, to ensure its secure operation and to detect attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the secure and undisturbed operation of the website. Log files are deleted after 7 days, unless a specific security incident requires longer retention. Log data is not merged with other data and is not used to create usage profiles.
A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Hetzner Online GmbH.
Contact by e-mail#
If you write us an e-mail, we process your e-mail address, the data you provide and the content of the message in order to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where the enquiry concerns a contract or the steps leading to one, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
Our e-mails are stored at hostNET Medien GmbH, Bremen, Germany. We delete enquiries once they are settled and no statutory retention obligations stand in the way. Business correspondence is retained for the periods required by German commercial and tax law.
No cookies, no tracking, no third parties#
This website sets no cookies and uses no comparable techniques that store or read information on your device. There is no audience measurement, no analytics service, no advertising network and no social media integration. Fonts, scripts and images are loaded from our own server. That is why this website needs no cookie banner.
