Questions
How many people can sign in?
On Network and Institution, as many as you need. On Starter, up to 30. We count organizations, not people.
What happens when we add one more organization?
Your bill goes up by €8 a month on Starter, €3 on Network and €2 on Institution. Only the new organization is added; the others keep their price.
Can we start on Starter and move up later?
Yes. Your data stays as it is, nothing is entered again.
Can we use our own domain?
Yes. You own the domain and point it to Rundplan; we connect it at no charge.
Is Rundplan a shared calendar?
No. Teamup or Google Calendar share one calendar with many people, and do that well for less. Rundplan runs events through the organizations that answer for them, with approvals, records and publishing.
Where is our data?
In your own Rundplan, hosted in Germany, backed up every night. You can export any view at any time. If you leave, you receive a full export and your Rundplan is deleted.
